What are the health benefits of drinking a lot of green tea and water?

i drink about 2 or 3 cups of green tea a day, and a lot of water... what are the benefits of this? and what about smoking a lot of weed? like.. about 4-6 joints a day.

  1. Green tea contains anti-oxidants, so its good for in that it cuts cancer risks, its good for your skin, steadies your blood pressure, prevents alzheimers and lets you stay younger. It will even make you immortal (just joking).

    But, green tea contains caffeine, so too much green tea will probably prevent you from sleeping at night.

    As for weed smoking, pot contains over 400 chemicals (most of which are harmful). Too much weed will eventually give you heart failure, memory loss, and cancer (from all that smoke going into your lungs).
