  1. There are no health benefits other than you lose weight unhealthily.

  3. One gets tolerance in his/her personality. When one fast for a period of time as mentioned in Islam. The unnecessary fats get reduced. It’s a servicing of your body. When u feel hungry and don’t have food. The body takes the deposited energy from you body. Its a basic recycle of ur energy.

    Many are able to get rid of their bad habits like smoking-drinking -watching p**n. etc

    Person is tuned in a better human

    I do not really see any benefits for the following reason: you go a while without eating so then when you do eat, you eat a lot, making you gain weight.  I am sure that you would drop a couple of pounds, but then when you eat again, you will gain it all back and look chubbier than you were before.

  6. There are none.  You rob your body of nutrients and it loses efficiency.  First, it uses all available stores, leading to fatigue.  Second, it pulls nutrients from your muscles and organs and you lose the ability to recover.  Third, you get sick and death is very possible.

    So the only health benefit I can think of is you die and have no more worries.
