  2. They are many-fold!  Heart muscle strength, lung function capcity, bulding of all muscles, frsh air, mental stress relief, coordination , frsh air, sunshine relieves depression, serotonin does too and also helps with any depression or anxiety !!!  Makes you happier & much healthier !!!!
