The meatball is so good, but I know its not healthy.

What are the healthiest choices, and what bread has the least

calories?

I always get the honey oat bread, its so good.

Does toasted add calories to your sub?

  1. Get the lowest fatty thing!!!vegie delite on wholemeal bread!!!!!

  2. turkey on wheat, no cheese, veggies, and lite mayo, baked chips, and water.

  3. I like the turkey on wheat with swiss and mustard.

  4. I'm a huge fan of Subway myself.  A rather obvious tip:  no soft drink with that meal and watch what chips you get.  Unless your condiments are lite, most of them add calories to your sandwich, believe it or not.  Toasted shouldn't do anything to the health of the sandwich as far as I know.  Don't forget that Subway restaurants have health info everywhere. If you don't see it, ask about it.

  5. I don't eat lunch meat, so Subway is no longer an option for me.  Their veggie sandwiches might be good, but the breads?? Best breads are whole grain or sourdough.

  6. I think the veggie delight and if you want a meat, I would go for the turkey. And the cheese, I think ( not sure on this) that the provolone would be the best route. I don't get chips with mine, but I do get diet cola, however water or tea might be the best way to go if you wanted a combo.

And yes Jason's favorites seem to be another good way to go.....

  7. The ones with Jason's favorites in the middle of the board.

Toasted means they run it through the toaster, they don't add butter and grill it. It can't pick up even imaginary calories from air.

  8. veggie on wheat with vinegrette dressngs.
