  1. First, do your dishes that burns calories, then take your dog for a mile walk if you have one they'll get you going, if no dog, just strap on your ipod and get out there and take a brisk walk.  It not only helps burn some more calories it with assist in digestion too.

    You are always burning calories like your car uses gasoline.  Just remember to only put in the limit of calories the same as your car only taking so many gallons of fuel and you will lose weight.  That exercise is a necessary part of it as well.

  2. go for a nice walk outside. i do that or i just do some stretches and after a little while i do some exercises.

  3. I like to let my food digest.

  4. Whatever you do, get up and move around.  Eating a meal, especially a high fat meal, slows your blood flow.  Moving around and getting that blood flow going again is essential.  Plopping down on the couch allows that blood flow to stay slow and lowers your metabolism, allowing your body to deposit fat for the next several hours intead of using that food as fuel.
