What are the healthiest things to get at restaurants?

And I'm talking like, things that are practically at every kind of restaurant. Like Caesar Salads? I reallyyy love those, except I know the dressing makes it fattening. What else?

  1. probably veggie meals


  2. +grilled chicken.

    +any kind of fish- even fried- is 300-500 calories less than other meats.

    +get veggie medlies instead of fries/potato.

    +very often restaurants give you the choice to upgrade to eggbeaters instead of regular eggs (half the calories) and turkey bacon/sausage/burgers- at no charge.

    another huge thing: portion control

    stay away from potatoes in any form.

    stay away from bread.

  3. If the dressing is fattening, then you could always ask for it to be put on the side. That way, you can limit your intake of the dressing, but it's still yummy!

  4. Water. But you do not wanna hear this.

    If you order salad, greensalad with Italian dressing.

  5. I would proberly say water with a lemon wedge(so it gives flavor) and Salad with green and ask for the dressing on the side so you can portion out your dressing.
