What are the highest per sq foot property rates in Pune? Are they much lower compared to Mumbai's?

I am a resident of Mumbai, but im seriously considering relocating myself to Pune which, according to me, is much quieter, less populated and offers a better quality of living. Could you please have a look at the apartments that they have to offer and quote an approximate price for them? how much would they be worth?

i think highest rate in pune are in between 20000k sq.ft. to 30000k sq.ft.
