None! I literally went grey over six month period and refuse to dye it, so now I am unique! My Mother used to dye it, but gave up and my Aunt used to dye it but gave up. In fact my hair dresser decided to stop dying her hair. I am under 50 and still unique. In fact someone once asked my 'Where did you get your low lights done?' I thought they were asking about the ceiling lights in the Cafe! When I told her 'You can buy them from any good Electrical Supply Store' she gave me a really strange look! OPS! Let it go grey, be unique. Best of Luck

To make you gray faster completely I would go with a lemon hair wash. Just cover your hair in Lemon juice and sit out in the sun.

If you are trying to stop graying your hair in a rather natural way, I would go with a henna wash. Like Lucy from I love Lucy. But thats if you want to be a red head.

There is no "cure" for graying. Just except that you are a beautiful woman , mature or no. And no matter what just know you are beautiful.
