James Posey is a exact replacement for Pargo.

Pargo has low stamina.That is why he always uses all his stamina at once and score as much as he can.He can be said as the Hornet's "emergency weapon".

On the other hand,James Posey is a top 15 defender in the league.Although he isn't the prime scorer you look for.It does not really mean death for all Hornets.James has the stamina to play for 48 minutes.

Mike James can play well sometimes so its not that big of a deal but pargo was a solid player, CP3 will get more minutes now since James is not as good, James posey was a great addition so they should be OK.
