Probably illegal to hunt in marina's as these are public places where it be too unsafe to discharge any firearm. Also not sure what marina you are thinking but there are no upland game or small game in the marina iknow of. I did see lots of sea gulls and sea lions around them- Im not sure when open season for this creatures. have you tried fishing in the marina's?
