As brief as possible, but covering topics good enough to pass a test on my Politics & Governance class.

I have read various websites but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Since we are in the United States who gives a rats behind what the Filipino Constitution reads?  How about a lesson on our OWN Constitution?
