What are the indications that Americans are free and living according to Constitutional Law?

These forums are an indication of that, you can openly bash Obama or McCain or Bush and not worry about people coming in the night to take you away never to be seen again.

The fact that there are so many different churches in every town across america is another one. (we have SOOO many Asian Christian churches in my town, but no Buddhist/Shinto etc...)

I can sleep at night, securing in the knowledge that if someone breaks into my house, their *** is grass because its legal for me to own an AK-47 (civilian semi-auto variant, machine guns cost too much to be legal, besides I know how to bump-fire anyways)

That covers a few Amendments I'm sure.
