Everything that can not be used or sold.  Seriously, it's supposed to be some kind of ham product.  I can't look on the can, because I don't buy it or eat it.  I've always categorized it with Potted Meat or Vienna Sausages, both of which, I can't make myself try.

Sorry - I wish I could have given you a Positive answer vs. a Negative One.

I thought after they used the better parts of the pig, they took what was left over and put it into bologna and vienna sausages, the hooves are left for dog chews so that leaves lips and a******s.  Then I saw something in the store that said it used the lips so guess what's left for spam. . . .
