One speaker is Ravi Zacharias, and another is Brian Maclaren.

They speak with authority, connected with the audience, have  a good flow of thought, don't often  get off track and if they gett side tracked they are able to recover easily. They are also able to laugh at themselves and appear transparent to us. They are able to read the audience and adjust to their demographics.
