What are the ingredients of Veg-mite spread?

It's yellow (possibly mustard base), pickle & other ingredients. Not sure I spelled it right either. It's a spread for toast, crackers. I'll return for the best answer. Have a good day. :0)

I think its like Marmite, and its made from yeast. I got a bottle of Vegemite from Australia once and it tasted just like Marmite.

Its good for you, good for pregnant ladies because of folic acid. Kind of an aquired taste. But I am hooked!

Vegemite was created by Dr Cyril p Callister in 1922,it's a combination of brewers yeast extracts and vegetable extracts,it's rich in vitamin b.
