i want to know whats written on the backside of the potting soil bag the ingredients??

  1. Depends on what is being potted.  E.g., cactus, orchids, grass.  Each requires different items.

    Some require sand; or lava rock -- house plants generally take a good loam (dark soil) and add peat (which can be ignited), and some type of filler for drainage like perlite or vermiculite.

The make up of potting soils vary all over the place.  Some are just pure topsoil, nothing else added at all.  Most have various amounts of sphagnum peat moss in them.  Many will have pearl-lite mixed with the peat moss.  There are a lot now that different water holding elements or gels in them as well.  Many potting mixes will not have any soil in them at all.  You will find plants in these that are to be set out into the soil later.  For example tomato seeds will be planted in this type mix and sold as plants later.  I'm not sure if the law requires  the posting of ingredients that make up potting soil or not, but I don't think it does.
