  1. interactions is strictly confined to that of boss / worker.  the exploiter and the exploited.  each knows their station and hence dont encroach into the other. its quite distinct - the have and have-nots.  its an accepted norm.   u cannot talk up to the higher caste.  just be seen and not heard!  sad but true.
