  1. EPA should take care of this.

  2. There is no international laws or norms to regulate CO2 but every country has a regulating authority.  In India, it is the Central and State Pollution Control Boards, Which have been empowered to regulate and control the CO2  emissions but the statute has not been properly and strictly enforced.

  3. C02 emmissions are natural, they always have been and always will be. We inflict only miniscule amounts of anything harmless on the earth. People should not worry about the emissions, were going to use all the petrol anyway, whats 50 years difference?

  4. There should none as the CO2 is not the problem. In all there calculations they never give credit to the plants. Check on the inter net at OSHA they have establish all the gases safety conditions.

  5. Don't drive.
