  1. Baseball:

All online wagers must be specified "action," "one specified pitcher" or "both specified pitchers."
Each team's starting pitcher is defined for wagering purposes as the pitcher that throws the initial pitch. For wagering purposes, winners and losers of games are official after 5 innings of play . If the home team is leading, the game is official after 4.5 innings. Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

Wagers on total runs or run lines are based on listed pitchers.
If a non-listed pitcher starts for either team, the game is scored as no action .
The game must also go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action, otherwise the game is scored as no action. If the game does go nine innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead) and the game is called or suspended, the final score will be determined as the score after the last completed inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the final score is determined as the score at the time the game is called.

In the event of a pitcher(s) change prior to the start of a baseball game, money odds may be adjusted on action wagers.

Any and all baseball series wagers must have all three games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all threegames are not played by that specified date then all wagers have NO ACTION, regardless if one team has two wins. All three games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards (see above for determinants of an official result).

All baseball props must go the full nine (8.5) innings unless otherwise stated. They also must start the listed pitchers.

All games that go at least the full nine innings and finish tied as a result of a suspension of play shall be graded as a push on all money line wagers. However, all run line and total wagers will have action.

        * All baseball wagers DO include all overtime scoring.
        * All baseball games must be played on date specified to be considered action.
        * Games are graded as soon as the game is final and deemed official.
        * Futures, such as divisional winners, are graded as soon as the season or tournament is over.
