What are the issues that you faced as a small business owner, or entrepreneur?

My best friend and myself is working out some semantics on what problems we are expecting to run into while starting up a small business. I would like to hear real life storys.

I think the biggest issue is that you need to spend money to make money.  Most new businesses start on a limited or 'restricted' financial base which makes it difficult.

Exposure is what sells - but it is prime exposure that really costs.
