simply reply that no you did not graduate highschool, and no you do not have any college or management experience. Then simply state that yes you are willing to work overtime and nights and that yes you have been convicted of a crime other than a misdemenor and that no you do not have reliable transportation to and from work and then state that minimum wage is more than sufficient.

experience, knowdledge of health regulations, references, a killer resume and how you sell it to your interviewer..... I would look online to see if they have postings and go through their requirements or job description. ALWAYS works for me!
