What are the jobs of a student body vice president?

I'm definitely running for class office, I just don't know what position to run for. What are the jobs of the vice president and the treasurer? I've narrowed it down to those two and can't decide.

Stand there and look pretty.  Actually, I don't see what an officer would do if it's not homecoming week.  If you're a junior, you'll probably help plan prom/ring dance and class ring information.  If you're a senior, there's a lot more to do: prom, graduation, fundraisers, t-shirt orders, senior trip, etc.
