What is not kosher about maple syrup?

Don't go with anything that has Corn Syrup in the ingredients.  That is not maple syrup.  Look for real maple syrup, with a grade on it like A or B.  The list of ingredients should be nothing but maple syrup.  That is just tree sap that is cooked until  caramelized.

Any pure maple syrup either US or Canadian made if it is ksher would have the K circle as it would have be judged and certified Kosher under the Rabibinical ceritification system, Kasharuth.
