What are the laws concerning abandonment?

I am in the process of divorce, and own a property with my husband.  I have just moved to Oregon, and was told, that by moving I have abandoned said property.  Husband says he can sell the property, even though we both have our names on the mortgage, without my consent. The property is in Wisconsin. I am currently, paying the mortgage and insurance on the property. Is this bogus?
