  1. If you are on private land to which the general public has no access (and you have the land owner's permission, of course), you can do as you please.

As soon as you go anywhere to which there is public access, whether a public street or private land which is open to the public (e.g. a supermarket car park), you will start coming under the various traffic laws requiring insurance, license, etc.

So basically, as a 13-year-old you need to find privately owned land, not open to the public, and get the owner's permission, then it's all quite legal.

  2. well you can drive it anywhere but the road. there might be exceptions if you have an air bag, seat belt, signals, headlights, rear lights, reverse lights, and a liscence, then you might be able to drive it on the road. and when i say "anywhere" i mean your yard and public areas that you ask and get permission to drive there.

  3. Not in any public place, only on private land with the landowner's permission.  It's fairly simple.

  4. Chavs ride silly monkey bikes on the pavements. You could always become one of them.

  5. I was like 9 when I drove my first go kart. Forget the laws, if I can do it at nine, then the 13-year-old can do it at 13. If your that serious about it, looks it up or call someone to find out.

  6. you can not ride a motor bike or kart on the UK roads under the age of 17.

they can only be driven by under 17's on private land

  7. Im 13 can you email me and tell me when you find out.

As for the question I think a mini motor bike isnt legal in many places but if you go down to snetterton there are loads of people around out age riding mini motorbikes.
