  1. I don't know.

Please go talk to a lawyer.  ASAP!

  2. There is a website called FindLaw for the public. There was some information regarding revokation but it was more explaining how the natural parent may have to pay back the adoptive parents for all the expenses accrued throughout the adoption process. But it did give information on Lawyers that specialize in adoption. Your best bet would be to call a lawyer asap and just ask how long you have until the adoption is final. Good luck to you and God Bless.

  3. If the birth mother's rights have been relinquished/terminated, she can't get the baby back.  If the adoption hasn't been finalized then the agency can take the baby back, but only if they find the parents unfit (abusive, neglectful, etc.)  If the adoption is finalized, then it's just too late!

  4. go to firstfamiliesunited.com They have a law section with the revocation laws on it. You can also contact them or me if you need any help. You will probably need a lawyer.
