  1. Follow the link below, it will take you to the government website with links to various pages explaining exactly what you can and can't bring back from the EU, there are still certain EU countries where there are restrictions on things like cigarettes, cigars etc so be careful

  2. No restrictions, provided they are for your own use.

If you bring back too much tobacco, they might get suspicious and confiscate the lot, though.

  3. if you are going to bring back anything make it absinthe

  4. No restrictions on any product as long as the duty has been paid in the country from which it is purchased. If you bring home a great deal such as a van load then you would be expected to prove that it is for your own use only. There is free trade between all EU countries. Watch out though because Switzerland is not an EU country.

  5. As long as the value of it isn't over the limit set by customs, you'll be fine. I had to declare my Southern Comfort and Tanq when I came back from the Bahamas. They never questioned our form, since we were well under the limit.

Just be sure to pack it well. Take bubble wrap so it's less likely to get broken in your luggage. That's what I did with several bottles of wine when I LEFT for vacation. lol

  6. if you are bringing it back to the US, you have to declair it, if you don't, you could get fined or get it confiscated,  they ask at the border: "any alcohol or tobacco products?"  If the alcohol is over a certain value they might charge you a tax.

  7. my grandma had me smuggle the real GoldSchlager back from Germany in my suitcase, she told me just to smile at the nice men with big guns, we got through.

    (that was before 9-11)

  8. Usually you can as long as there is none of the alcohol in your hand luggage and it is all in your suitcase. Hope I could help

  9. Inside the EU excluding the Canary Islands, no restrictions. Outside the EU and the Canary Islands the 1 litre of booze and 200 f**s rule applies. The Canary Islands are classed as Duty Free.

  10. Ask any medium. They are good at bringing back spirits
