Why can an old Jerry Lewis movie show a kids rear end, or Superman (the original) can show a baby's p***s? Is it in the presentation? At any rate, I'm really just looking for the place to look it up. Thanks.

pornography is any sexual depiction of a child.   If you think a naked baby is sexual, you are the one who needs help.

The minor must be real, not drawn, rendered or computer generated.

The minor must be in a sexual context. Nudity is not an automatic qualifier.

A minor is less than 18, ant to prosecute the minor must be unquestionably less than 18.

This is in the US. Other countries have other criteria
