  1. No laws, you have to fight it out with your employer-have you not heard of the daily Missouri lunch hour riots?


  2. Look them up. Our State just ruled in our favor (the employer) about not regulating such breaks. Thank God.

    The California judge said, "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink it."


  3. Missouri law leaves it entirely up to the employer whether to offer breaks or lunches, and if so, for how long.
