  1. Chinese cabbage or celery / bok choy, ginger root, bean sprouts, water chestnuts?


  2. I love the snow pea and bamboo chutes

  3. I am a former chef and agree with the first lady, Bok Choy, Sui Choy, Gai Choy and Lau Choy are great for you and easy to cook, even the last persons suggestion about water chestnuts once you have had a fresh one, the canned ones are rubbish.

    Chinese long beans are another one of my favs both dried and fresh mushrooms like King Oyster and even though there considered Japanese the dried black mushrooms and both white and black could  ear fungus are some I use quire often that are not well know or respected.
