he's a "man", not a boy.  he can get married, buy a house, own property.

personally, i think he's too young, but that's up to him.  he can't drink legally, or rent a car, but he can legally get married.

As per the social norms of the society there is no problem. if the girl & her parents agree to the marriage and you are financially and emotionally able to fulfill the needs of the girl and in a position to give her a social and financial protection.

But but but if the boy wants to get his marriage registered legally then it may be a legal trouble as my knowledge goes the boy should be atleast 21 years of age to get married legally.

First it depends on who he's marrying. The age of the bride. If she is way younger, as in.. underage, and he doesn't have consent.. he possibly could land in some hot water with her parents. Not sure about the legalities of that, but not worth the risks in the long term of it.

But, if she's an adult same as him.. once he's married, he is legally obligated to support, and take care of his wife, and any children he produces from his marriage, as well as to pay taxes. Beyond that, he's not going to get in trouble as he is of age to do anything he wants, except by liquor.
