name and shame doctors/consultants/GP's/social workers...etc...when they fail them and fail in the duty of care they are paid to carry out?

I have seen some sites but they are not what i am looking for.

I would check out the law book before and go through it carefully before posting anything on line.Because you could be breaking the law of ethnics concerning the people at hand here.

you are going to need a lawyer who specializes in such matters, not only in your state, but in any state in the US and probably worldwide.

or you can just do it and take your chances.
