I'm having trouble with finding the "lesson to be learned" in two books I've read. One is "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck and the other is "Animal Farm" by George Orwell.

Can someone help me with either book?

  1. dunno no-one reads

  2. Animal farm. I assume you've read it? Then the lesson is obvious. It's a political sattire, about the warnings of following communism. What it actually is, how it  starts, why it sounds good, why Utopia can't exist in an imperfect and varying and constantly changing world and society. Much like 1984, Animal Farm shows you the dangers of a communistic society.

  3. go on wikapedia itl show you the whole book in a paragraph

  4. I didn't read the books. You can go to Amazon.com & read comments people have but come up with the answer yourself from what they have t say. You can do it.
