What are the limitation of sudan iv in the lipid test?

I need to know the answers now because i need to send the bio repot tomorrow. i don't even know what the h**l is the answer is because i'm just a kid. and one more question, why the sudan iv test is more sensitive towards the small quantities of lipid than using the paper test. if you give me the best answer i can make you gain an extra point XD

  1. I don't know if there is any limitation except I know that Sudan III is more sensitive for lipid detection test. And Sudan IV is not soluble in water but in lipid.

    Nextly, it can be used only to detect or test a saturated fat. For unsaturated fats it does work.

    Thirdly, I knew that this agent is( Sudan IV stain or solution is restricted in wider commercial use and also it is a carcinogenic stain. (causing cancer)

    But what disadvantages are there in lab for lipid testing I can hardly think of.
