What are the limousine exemptions and limitations?

I live in Nevada if that's important, and I have an 84 cadillac limousine. I know there's a seatbelt exemption for limousines, and one for allowing the windows to be above the normal limit on the degree of tinting. What about others, such as exemptions to open container laws? Does it matter if the limo is for business or private use? Thanks for any and all answers.
