  1. dont mess up and look out for all the other mess ups you might do

  2. slow down at railroad crossings, yellow doesnt mean speed up, sometimes 10 and 2, adust mirrors, be aware of surroundings, slow down for turns and be calm.

  3. Curbs blinker speed and make sure you stop BEFORE the crosswalk and not on the line, front end should't pass it!!!

  4. I missed 5 points for not looking over my shoulder to enter a left turn lane

  5. check ur blind spots and signal.  and make sure you stop at the limit line at every stop sign/red light.

  6. Be sure to make very OBVIOUS movements of your head to ensure that the examiner knows you are looking in the rear-view mirror, that you are scanning both ways while at a stop sign, and so on.  Use whatever you learned from driver's school / practice and follow it exactly... the examiners will want to see everything done "by the book" even if it seems stupid to you (such as waiting a full 3 seconds after coming to a complete stop at a stop sign).

Also be sure to smile and be friendly!  A good impression can go a long way.

  7. Took my school bus test today and here are a few hints.

Show up early and take some time to relax before you meet your examiner. And be polite when you do.

Remember that this person is putting their life in your hands for the next 1/2 hour. Make sure they get home tonight. If you feel you are not ready, say so. They will understand.

Do not allow your vehicle to roll back on a hill.

Pedestrians have the right of way no matter how far in the wrong they are.

Make sure the examiner sees you using your mirrors.

Accentuate every move that you make.

Listen carefully to the examiners instruction(s).

Keep to the right unless instructed to do otherwise.

    Do not overspeed (automatic fail).

And finally; turn signal - turn signal - turn signal.

If you do fail, do not take it out on the examiner. They are better equipped to know if your ready to have a license and you may get him the next time too.

  8. uhm, dont speed. i went 26 in a 25 and failed. :)  seat belt, mirrors-side and rear, make sure the tester has their seat belt on too.

  9. Seatbelts, you and your scoring person, mirrors, and check all around the car before going.  Don't get so nervous that you forget what speed you're going at, always randomly check the spedometer, ESPECIALLY around school zones.  Use your mirrors.

  10. dont hit the curb

    automatic phial

  11. Make sure you make it a point to check & see if your rear view mirrors need adjusted. (Don't forget to check the side ones too) Do that right before you take off.

Try not to be too nervous. And the best of luck too you,my Friend!

  12. I can only assume you already know what must be done including the small details which demonstrate your knowledge of safety, legal and mechanical requirements to drive an automobile. However, many people who know these things, do fail a driving test, because they are nervous and forget...they worry so much. My suggestion is that before you go to the testing location, you slowly go through the process as an exercise, so that the little things become second nature. At the testing location, before you start, while outside the car...walk around the car examining the wheels, lights etc. as if a safety measure during which you get your breathing stable, your mind calmed and remember what you have learned. Then take it slow. With the exception of coming to a quick safe stop, most of the driving skills can be done slowly. If it takes you four minutes to fasten your seat belt, have the examiner fasten their seat belt, adjust your mirror for good visibility and look behind you to observe before you back out...doing it slowly and carefully will not cause you to fail. It's a mental thing. So be smart, get your mind right first and then do it right.

  13. Don't hit any curbs or people.

  14. sounds like you got you head in the right place bee calm don't rush i mean that   safe and slow  don't get to close to other cars listen to the DMV person don't play the radio lol
