And is there any info on why Brest has it's annua Boat festival every four years, and the yearly short film festival?

    I am from Brittany and I can tell you that we have A lots of sunny day as well.

    The food is good and Bretons have kept their traditions (Celtic traditions).

    Nice Celtic music with Bagpipes and Nice Traditional Dress.
