I am from Brittany and I can tell you that we have A lots of sunny day as well.

The food is good and Bretons have kept their traditions (Celtic traditions).

Nice Celtic music with Bagpipes and Nice Traditional Dress.

very friendly people, big food traditions with pancakes "les crepes" and fishes&seafood, celtic music, atmosphere closed to irish...and 350 days of rain a year
