What are the long term physical effects of regularly donating plasma?

None, really.  When I was in college, I donated plasma twice a week for nearly five years!  I have one vein that was much easier to use, so they used that one most of the time.  I've got a very small scar there.  If you're looking for an easy way to pick up a little extra cash, this is the way to go!  It's easy, even relaxing . . . plus, you're helping others!
