  1. Bob Cooper Western Suburbs in the early eighties got 15 months for eye gouging,, Les Boyd Manly gor 12 months for elbow to the head in a state of origin match,, they are the two that I remember I think Boyd was suspended again for a long period perhaps another 12 months for eye gouging
