What are the lowest CGPA and GRE scores needed to get a TA or RA in USA?

I am about to complete my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from BUET. I wish to go USA for higher study. Self funding is not possible for me. So I am looking for TA or RA opportunity. But it needs higher CGPA and GRE scores. Can anyone tell me the what are the minimum scores to avail this opportunity.

Ok first of, if you want to study in America, you have to get high GRE scores because you're competing other applicants. The minimum for GRE score in each university are different one from another, so you have to check with the school criteria.
