  2. The components of good mental health are good self care, you have to take care of yourself in order to maintain good mental health. This means eating nutritious meals, working out, as well as reducing stress and relaxation in order to achieve a balance in your body, if your body feels balanced then your mind will follow.

    All roads lead to Rome, select one area at a time to work on as there are many components of mental health depending on the person.

    I have chronic and recoccuring PTSD, so I work very hard on my self-care, not everyone understands, for those I limit my contact with them, for those who do, I embrace them for support. It is good to have a support system, even if it just starts with finding a good therapist depending on the situation.

    I have dealt with some bad stuff, I have a couple of articles that are part of the recipe for good mental health

    laugh more, resove conflice, reduce stress, and relaxation

    These stories I have written have gotten me closer to a good mental state. I hope they help you or someone out there.
