  1. Umm my guess is just the look. I have a Blackberry Pearl and I Love it!!! It doesn't have a full keyboard like most blackberrys and its alittle thinner

  2. It depends on the model of the Pearl or Curve. The main differences between the models are the the size and the keypad. The differences I have listed below:

    Pearl 8100: SureType keypad, camera

Pearl 8110: SureType keypad, camera, internal GPS, video recording

Pearl 8120: SureType keypad, camera, internal Wi-Fi, video recording

Pearl 8130: SureType keypad, camera, internal GPS, video recording, CDMA

Curve 8300: full QWERTY keypad, camera, video recording (with 4.5 OS)

Curve 8310: full QWERTY keypad, camera, internal GPS, video recording (with 4.5 OS)

Curve 8320: full QWERTY keypad, camera, internal Wi-Fi, video recording (with 4.5 OS)

Curve 8330: full QWERTY keypad, camera, internal GPS, video recording out of the box, CDMA
