  1. Maybe I am on the wrong track here.Hopefully you mean what gets imported out from Tasmania? I think cheese would be a big part of what gets imported. Tassie is famous for cheese.

    Wood is also a product that gets imported.I am not sure what else would be imported.

  4. Surely imports means what is coming into the state from overseas (not the mainland)? In that case, just about everything except fresh produce, timber, gold and some other metals, woodchips, paper and of course, apples.

    Cars and other motor vehicles, electronics and other manufactured goods, oil and petroleum goods, steel, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial and power generating machinery, cocoa and fertilizers. Some strange ones - electricity (from Victoria) and paper pulp and waste paper.
