  4. Among GPA, SAT/ACT scores, Volunteering, Application requirements etc, colleges are really interested in your course load. Not only if you took enough classes in freshman, sophmore, and junior year, but no college would pick a senior who only took three classes over a senior who took more class/more difficult classes their senior year.
