  3. I think this is a great question.

Well the only biggest change i can see is MONEY.

Money has changed the cricketing world.

There's more money up for grabs, more facilities and therefore more competetiveness.

We now have tournaments such as the IPL that are filled with money.

The BCCI are a cricket board that seem to have a lot of power, why? money.

Money has changed cricket dramatically, there's a bad and good side to it though.

  4. Most of the points have already been mentioned by above answerers, I'll add some-

    -Better equipment for players

-Introduction of some new rules like power plays(in ODIs), review system(tests)

-Batting strike rate has gone high with the encouragement of fast scoring influenced by T20 format.

  6. 1. Fielding standards have improved

    2. More ODIs and T20s too now

    3. Lot of technology being involved

    4. HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY

  7. Technology has changed. The top team in the 70s and 80s used to be West Indies, now they are ranked 7 or 8th ( i don't remember). T20 has been introduced now. And much more.
