  2. I don't really understand your question because what part of the world are you comparing Canada too? Health problems in all affluent nations are pretty well the same. Cancer, heart disease and obesity for example. We don't have as much obesity as the states, but we don't have people dying of hunger or malnutrition, even if they're poor. A lot of problems are related to having too much food rather than too little.
