are all peer reviewed scientific journal in parapsychology.

The first two are US publications.

Rhine's Journal of Parapsychology and the European Journal of Parapsychology are the most widely known.

Unfortunately, since parapsychology is a pseudoscience, papers that are accepted into true scientific journals are merely disproving hypotheses.

The closest thing to parapsychology (although it's a tenuous link at best) would lay in entanglement theory in physics.  From this has come the first beam of light to be teleported.  Perhaps one day, they will be able to transfer stimulus to neurotransmitters? ;)
