  1. Money

It pays for the necessities of life

  2. I mostly need motivation for going to school, going to work, and keeping my house in order. My major sources of motivation are wanting to be a tidy adult who is not a slob, wanting to make my live-in boyfriend happy and comfortable, wanting to prove to my parents that I am an adult and capable of taking good care of myself and my things, and living a life that is financially secure and eventually raising my children in a safe, pleasant environment. I have to work on those things now to have a better future, and make good habits so they are not so much work later on.

  3. I think being presented with the idea that you cannot do something is strong motivation.

  4. There are three common sources of motivation:

    Hope for gain

    Peer approval

    Fear of loss.

You can remember these by drawing a +/- sign and drawing a heart around it.

If you can determine what a person's motivation is, you can sell anything.

  5. The sources of motivation can be classified into two broad categories- one that are intrinsically motivating for you or you do the things because you derive pleasure out of doing it without any external rewards, the another category is relate to things that motivate you because of the consequences that you receive from the environment on doing these and this is extrinsically motivating. so there two kinds of motivation- intrinsic and extrinsic. one simple example of intrinsic motivation is solving a puzzle and for extrinsic motivation is studying for marks/grades.
