What are the marijuana laws in Vancouver ?

We hear that possession is a non-crime and that only token enforcement of sales. Anybody living in Vancouver?

Sales is a major felony.

If you are lucky, a cop might look the other way if you have a joint or two.

Illegal, but you likely won't see any jail time or even have to appear in court. There's so many people toking up, the cops couldn't keep up. Just go to the Vancouver Art Gallery on April 20th at 4:20 pm to see what I mean.
