they are from surf's up movie, cody maverick and tank are the names of the surfers.

1.Maverick sticks a rail.(rail?)

2.Cody trying to take back the wave that Tank snaked from him.(snaked from?)

3.And there's the outside rail.

  1. the rails are the sides of the board. to snake means to steal like "cody trying to take back the wave that tank stole from him" thats basically it. its all skate / surf lingo. hang around surfers and skateboarders and you will understand what we are talking about

    when he says SNAKED HIM they are saying pretty much took from him stole from him

    eg cody is trying to take back the wave that tank snaked (stole)from him.

    the outside rail is the rail on ya board that on the outside from which way you stand on the board.
